how does this sound?

1. 20 pushups, 20 situps, and 20 dumbells on each arm per day
2. squash for an hour once a week
3. cricket training for a couple of hours and then a match on saturday.

didn't even specify the weight of the dumbbells.. Probably using 4kgs by the sounds of the rest of his "exercise regime" :p

hahah 10 kg on the arms. anyway, maybe I should add some jogging or swimming for good measure.

if you like squash add a couple of extra sessions a week and maybe walking/jogging in the mix.
