I was planning to do Diploma for Events Management in Semester 2. I wanted to ask if anyone has done it before, is it hard/easy and has anyone ever gone to university after completing this course and used their diploma to go to uni. Thanks alot

i don't really have any answers to your question but i'm currently doing tourism as a vet course for the hsc. i am also interested in event management. i've don't little research over it i admitt but i know that you can go to uts to undertake a course in event management there. the uai is roughly mid 80's. one of the teachers who teach the year 11 class in tourism is an event manager. she did event management at tafe so i will enquiry about it within the next couple of weeks for both you and i.

I knew someone who wanted to get into events management, but then again they couldn't organise a piss-up in a brewery.
