How to answer this question? Ususally when I answer questions, I always refer to the artwork and talk about a lot about symbolism.. colour to depict emotions and thats basically it.. Since this is a practice question, which I'm not familiar with, what other techniques and materials in an artwork could I mention?

It depends on what type of artwork you're talking about lol.
but other than that here's an answer:
identifying and discussing what technique did you use on your BOW and why did you do it, and also the effect of the technique. Same goes with the material.
