Hey All
I was recently told by a university student who's studying business at Newcastle Universty (sorry, they dont have a Newcastle University section) that when you reach university that you have to change your essay structure considerably as if you follow a HSC format you are marked down strongly. I'm just wondering if other university students believe this or disagree that opinion.

You are marked down if you don't follow the structure set out by the deparment and/or the lecturer.

But the structure of an essay is pretty much the same no matter where you are, so even if you have to adapt there isn't much of a change required.
