hello
can you please help with this essay:
Evaluate the effectiveness of the legal system in achieving justice for Aboriginal and Torres Strait islanders discussing the following issues:
history of government policy
development of domestic legislation
health and education issues
cultural differences
overrepresentation in the criminal justice system
You must illustrate the legal responses refer to:
3 law (legislations)
3 cases
3 Media articles (from the web is fine)
and 1-2 documents.
how does one write a legal essay in my case this is my first one.
post any advice or articles.
all help appreciated thanking you in advance.

(should i include reconciliation here or in my conclusion?)

-1967 referndum amendent to constitution

-genral health conditions
-governmental projects
education

-living conditions
-abuse
-expectations + stereo types

-lifestyle

over representation:
-language
-procedures
-customs
-time
-financial means

judgement/conclusion:
the australian legal system needs to be improved.

You you might be looking at life-expectancy...you could link the latest (2004?) census information in (document) or a media article in.
