Does anyone know any good English tutoring places/colleges I could go to next year? I live in the St. George district, but I'm willing to travel if I need to.

My English isn't that great:
Yr 9 Half-Yearly: 60-64% (class average 71%)
Yr 9 Yearly: 70-74% (class average 76%)
Yr 10 Half-Yearly: 75%-79% (class average 75%)

After a stern lecture regarding my year 9 half-yearly mark, I've been steadily improving...but as you can see, my natural ability to extract a random analysis from a text isn't exactly great. Nor are my creative writing skills.

Not that I want to go to tutoring, but my mum is forcing me to.

I've heard that Matrix is a good tutoring place, but sucks for English apparently.

Reviews, anyone?

Thanks, where can I find info on this?
Disregard that post by CyborgSanta. Tishler teaches too far away from the St. George district. Travel would be too much of a hassle.

Dr Du... Actually, your in aposition where you can improve HEAPS in time for the HSC. Find a good tutor and stick by them so they will have the time to acclimatise with your 'style' and can help you develop as a student in English.
