Is it okay to have multiple (2) related texts of the same text type?
e.g. 2 films or even 1 short film and one film etc.
I have 2 poems for my core texts and I have a definite short film as one of my related texts, we've been recommended earlier in the year that having related texts of the same text type isn't the best idea because it doesn't show our english analytical skills in a broader range (or something like that) but I then feel like I have the choice of a book as my only option, which I hate because I don't think I can read a book with time at hand. Oh and this is also for my yearly AOS essay (EA1.11)
