They just put up with it because they had toIt's not like they want democracy anyway. If they truly wanted it, they would have ousted Mubarak years ago.
Well it's a good thing halfwits like yourself don't have a say in this then, eh?When this is all over Egypt will end up with a horrible theocracy.
Arab people need dictators to keep them in order, they're not like us. Give them democracy and they'll just elect the worst fundamentalist theocrats possible.
It's true that the conditions triggered it...the unemployment, the corruption, the poverty...but if you are actually following what is happening and watching/listening to the interviews on the streets constantly coming in, also being live streamed, the people are demanding democracy also. They want to elect the next president and rightly so!Except the revolution in Tunisia and Egypt, as well as every other North African country, was not fuelled by the need of democracy but rather, a reaction against rising unemployment and food prices. As I said, why revolt now?
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mohamed_Bouazizi
"Bouazizi lived in a modest stucco home, a twenty-minute walk from the center of Sidi Bouzid,[10][11] a rural town in Tunisia burdened by corruption[12] and suffering an unemployment rate estimated at 30%.[13] According to his mother, Mannoubia Bouazizi, he applied to join the army, but was refused, and several subsequent job applications had also resulted in rejection.[9] He supported his mother, uncle, and younger siblings, including paying for one of his sisters to attend university, by earning approximately US$140 per month[9][5] selling his produce on the street in Sidi Bouzid. He was also working toward the goal of buying a work van, according to his sister Samia.[12]"
Hahaha I don't know what news you're taking this from but from what I'm reading the Egyptian Army is currently pushing pro-Mubarak supporters out of central Cairo using tanks. No pro Mubarak supporters are to protest tomorrow. Callers are telling the Egyptian youth to take photos of the passports of foreigners ( the other arabs) and then take the photo to the army since they are causing trouble.
Oh shit its over anti mubarak people. Muslim Brotherhood 0- NDP 1
Iraq was better off under Saddam. Fact. Same here.Well it's a good thing halfwits like yourself don't have a say in this then, eh?
mate you're completely deluded if you think this isn't the muslim brotherhood seizing their opportunityThe protest hasn't been hijacked by anyone
Men, women, children, the aged, students...they're all protesting
Watch live broadcasting...or don't say anything stupid.
This revolution will make a great difference. Once Mubarak is out and they have a democratically elected president who focuses on Egypt and not US-rael, a president who likes liberty and does not lock up his people and intimidate them and oppress them with his puppet military, things will clean up
Go Egypt.
I'm sorry sir but you don't live in Egypt. You're just a shit troll.Im in Egypt, this is what im hearing from the streets from army soldiers and its now on TV. A facebook group is going to be created soon.
Unfortunately, pro-mubarak supporters are making petrol bombs, so the army ismost likely going to tell Mubarak he has to leave tomorrow.
Now I wonder what El Baradei is going to do, pull money out of his ass and give it to the people and create jobs for the really uneducated under qualified people. >_>
