hey i am doin case study 1: the opportunity costs of studying economics,
i have a problem wif question 5
"is the opportunity cost to the individual of attending higher education different from the opportunity costs to society as a whole?"
- i dont understand what the question is askin

if any1 who has done it, can u giv me a push in d right direction

From what I can gather that's asking are the opportunity costs different, nothing more. That is, do both the individual and society hav exactly the same opportunity costs, the answer is obviously no.

yep i did the same case study. i said no as well. then listed the opp.costs for both the indivudial and society. just to show that theyre different. that assignment was so fucked. two people left our group without telling the rest of us. one of the guys didnt do his share, so i made him explain to the tutor why not, but turns out it was all ok. we didnt even more than we were expected too and wont be penalised coz we were unfairly disadvantaged coz of only having three group members.
