Hi, curious to how everyones going with their early entry applications since majority have opened. So far I've just done its bc macquarie is so complicated

yeah, for usyd it's EAS and for unsw it's gateway

for usyd its mysydney and what u do is put ur usyd offer as ur first pref on uac and you'll get an email saying ur eligible if u are

you'll still need the required atar listed on the site tho (isn't a guaranteed offer)

when i enrolled in unsw they asked for a photocopy of my passport to confirm residency. they'll most likely have some way of checking your address tied to some form of government ID

no its on uac and im pretty sure if u want to qualify for eas u wouldve had to live there for a while iirc

then what about unsw?
what if Im applying for both
I cant put both as the first pref so what happens

i didnt apply for unsw so im not sure, i think u select ur preferences thru the application while ur applying with gateway (so its not with uac)? i might be wrong tho so someone confirm for me

Yeah I’m pretty sure it’s only for disadvantaged people, UAC sends you an email telling you if you’re in the lowest 25% socioeconomic areas when you sign up. For USYD I’m pretty sure everyone who puts it as a preference will be eligibile for the MySydney program w lower atar requirements + scholarship (I got email for this so that’s what I’m assuming) For UNSW it’s the personal statement + yr11 grades
