I just think that these are not very well worded or user friendly in many regards. Many people could easily highlight their problem in a sentence or two and could easily describe the problem for the E Request team.
I tried to get International Business as an option for my cores but it was difficult to work out and I think I probably had done it wrong. Now if I could have simply in plain English justified my point, the potential of stuffing up would be minimal comparatively.
