Do any of the colleges etc have rooms w/o carpet? i.e: wood floors etc, I know this is a bit of a strange thread, but I have pretty severe dust mite allergies, and I figure five happy years of sneezing, wheezing and funny ear/nose problems would probably not be too crash hot

My brother was at burton and garren for a year. He has really sensitive skin and a few allergies too, but I think he was okay there... Although he did come about a very nasty lip infection...*shudder*....probably unrelated though.

I doubt it. I know that the ones in B&G, well the ones I saw, were all carpeted. It shouldn't be that bad if you vacuum regularly, no?

Vacuuming makes it worse because it throws the rubbish into the air :/

I had to rip up all the carpet in my room (wasn't fun I can tell you), and I still have the problems (less severe though), so yeah, for my own sanity a place like that would be best.

I'll try mailing the colleges I suppose, thanks anyway guys!
