my schools rank is 622, but were classified as 'disadvantaged' because its a re-entry school. will this effect my mark in any way?

If your school is categorised as disadvantaged, it doesn't affect your marks, but under the Educational Access Scheme the universities will normally add extra points onto your ATAR when considering you for admission.

i went to a school full of dumbasses
i think we were ranked like 300/400 last year
yet 8 of us still managed to get ATARs over 90, including myself
if you work hard, you'll manage. especially in eng and econ.

anyway don't let school ranking affect on ur study i find out that those stuff and scaling wise only just come between friends and peers, jiust do the best you can and also stay 'postive' and u'll do well and also be proud of what you've done instead of finding out these meaingless, less inspiration stuf (well that just from my own opionion and perspective)
