please?? anyone?? im finding it hard to understand the difference between the two.

financial flows refers to all flows of money in and out of the economy and remeberign back that could include o/s savings in australia as well as investment and borrowing money etc(ie a generic term encapsulating everything), however investment flows refers to FDI's, portfolio investment, and other investment, it specificly refers to flows of money which give a return to the save
