I'll be hoping this year's cohort pushes the scaled mean to 30.0 at a minimum.

Just below Physics and on par with Mathematics (2U).

28-29 would be nice, too.

Thanks for your support Tooheyz, appreciate it. ;)

Lol! Considering the level of intelligence of most people in my IPT class, I wouldn't get your hopes up Huy :p

Okay, I'll compromise.

From 23 (at present) to say, 26/50

:)

LoL.. I agree. 90% of the students in my class were finishing the course asking questions like 'What's Parity?' and most of them answered all 4 option questions in the trial. They are sooooo... *cough*.. un gifted.. *cough*.

I'm doin 12u and most likely IPT won't count for me considering i'm comin second last in da class. I got 65% for my trial, which is pretty shocking. Our teacher says the entire class should at least get Band 5 cos IPT is such an easy subject. I doubt it!

I see sooo many people complaining about the scaling. There is a simple solution to that. Completely rape the exams and syllabus.

That way, its almost guarenteed that they won't scale down.

Haha, yeah, I have a *reasonably* intelligent friend who decided to answer all four option topics. Funny thing was that the teachers marked all four (but didn't count the ones we didn't study) and he scored better in the other two....

I know of plenty of people who are getting in the mid eighthies to mid nineties in IPT...and I know that all the kids in my class are getting high seventies mid eighties (78-86%) and one guy in particular is getting 90s the whole of yr11-12...there are quite a few SDD kids doing the subject this year...so I think we might do okay this year
