For those of you out there doing Video Drama, how many of you are using dialogue/not using dialogue in your pieces??

Sometimes the use of dialogue can have an adverse effect on your piece ie. bad actors, bad audio equipment/quality...

Im not doing a video drama, but i think that if you can create a film, and stir emotions in your audience without words, it has a greater impact on your audience and a better image of you as a director.

I was having heaps of dialouge, but then i saw the onstage videos, which were wordless, and thus i've changed tack. its a shame though. i think the markers are pushing people away from using words...... i like words. Damn.
