Diagnostic Radiography at UNCLE (1 Viewer)

Hey jess, I dont do Diagnostic Radiography per say but Iam interested in doing it and have done a bit of research. Peronsally, I do the Bio/Chem side of scinece not the Phys/Engo/MathsEx side.
If ur looking around the country and not specifically at Newy at the different med rad science courses dont be fooled into to thinking they're all the same. they differ in the finer details . For example, at UOW the course the course is called Medical and Radition Physics, this is a big diff, for starters, its actually part of the Engineering Dept. at UOW and the structure looks like this:

My first impression was OMFG how the hell am i spose 2 that UOW shit eg. quantum physics and complex variables? -This isnt for me.
In truth, this course would be more like a physics degree specialising in medradphys
But for Newy its much LESS physic orientated, its course structure is totally different in comparion, and has a higher focus on methods, practises, and a more 'patient orientated' view, observe:

I definetly felt more at ease and capaable at actually understanding this, ie Abnormal resonses, neural anatomy, health and health promo.
Both course structures shown are from yr 2 onwards.
Ur probably asking urself why ive babbled on for a pages and am wasting ur time, well my point is, u gotta put some serious research into wats happening.
Moreover it needs some serious thought, instead of looking at the course and the uai u need, u better off looking at the the course subjects and if u like them, an make a decision based on that, while also u need to look at the finner details like in the conundrum above.
Finally, Don't rely entirely on wat I've said, I am not a diagonstic radiographer nor do i take the course. Ive onyl looked at the course at a deeper face value.
Judge for urslef. Research for urself and u cant go wrong.

Hey Gowie. The UOW course is not diagnostic radiography. It is medical and radiation physics. The jobs at the end of the line are completely different.
