HI everyone

I've been losing a lot of focus on uni work and wasting a lot of time on the internet. Does anyone know any (free) programs that have auto shut-downs and alerts to remind you to do specific tasks etc?

I dunno about auto shutdown but Rainlendar is pretty good for tasks to do and a desktop calendar.

If you use Microsoft Word and Excel, chances are you bought a Microsoft Office pack which includes Outlook. I personally find Outlook 2003 to be quite an effective personal organiser.

Theres a notepad like app that sits on your desktop basically you just write up a list of whats to be done etc....its called Sex.
Basic but simple and works.
