During the practical for the dehydration of ethanol practical, sulfuric acid is used as the catalyst as it has a high affinity for water (meaning it loves water), therefore it will condense water from the ethanol molecules if the concentration of the sulfuric acid is high. However if the concentration of the sulfuric acid is low and it is placed in a solution of ethene and water, and then heated it will produce ethanol. Therefore you can talk about how the different concentrations (under dot point 9.3.3) affect how sulfuric acid reacts.

BTW not sure if you have seen the post in this thread http://community.boredofstudies.org/showthread.php?t=267702&p=5522441#post5522441, it contains some other ideas.
