my routine was different every afternoon. I don't think living by a weekly timetable is feasible at all.
However, a daily timetable is a great idea. Every afternoon after school, whether I came home/was at the library, I would add to my to do list if I got any new assignments/homework and look at my existing to-do list and pick what I was going to do that afternoon/night. Each day you will do a different amount of work. Some afternoons I'd watch tv until 8 pm and do 20 multiple choice questions, other afternoons I'd write two essays. I procrastinated for hours and hours at a time and so I regret trying to do work on both Saturday and Sunday during the day.
I think just do as much as you feel like/if you need to, and you'll be fine. It worked for me :)

how do you overcome fatigue at night while studying?
You don't :p

But in all honesty, it is not so much about overcoming fatigue, but more about managing a healthy lifestyle in order to prevent fatigue (i.e. regular breaks, allocating time for leisure and exercise, etc.)
