I realised that I have no notes on Cyteen.
It seems like barely anyone has actually bothered to read it...

Oh! How perfect for Spec Fic! See, I've never heard of it before. And that's the text we're NOT using. We've done The Handmaid's Tale, and just finished Lord of the Rings. We've done a lot on our own additional material in the meantime. And we're starting Dune when we go back next term (the next few weeks are exams). However, I haven't read Dune yet :confused: which is awful, considering how huge it is for someone who isn't fond of that kind of hardcore sci-fi. But I'm going to Europe in 11 days, so I plan on taking Dune and only Dune, so I'm absolutely forced to read it on the plane :)
I wish we were doing Cyteen! Dune just looks like it's going to be very hard to get through.
How good is Speculative Fiction, by the way?:rofl:
