yeah that's right.I think it meant principle in the first degree, principle in the second degree, accessory before the fact & accessory after the fact. That's what I wrote but I could be wrong
ohh realllyI was pretty surprised by the crime qns.... suprised in a bad way lol
Yeah, the law reform question for family was pretty good. It was similar to past hsc questions, so i was pretty happy about that question.im so scared legal its the only thing i do really good at! the law reform for family was good i found that easy.
how did u find the rest?
maybe coz i concentrated more on the obvious things like punishment, pentalties, decisions that affect sentencing process etc.ohh reallly

the australia act was in the hsc course, and so was the adversarial system, but yes, it was from prelim aswell... as a whole, the questions were pretty easymc, transfer of powers - the australia act
crime, the adversarial system was mainly prelim, i didn't do much work on it this year
but quite obviously the majority of the exam was the hsc course
really? i didnt know it was.the australia act was in the hsc course, and so was the adversarial system, but yes, it was from prelim aswell... as a whole, the questions were pretty easy
