yea i know a lot of prelim was in the multiple choice section, its good that we remembered it lol:)

Test was pretty straightforward.... I think everyone in my class chose part A for the essay questions LOL

I think it meant principle in the first degree, principle in the second degree, accessory before the fact & accessory after the fact. That's what I wrote but I could be wrong :)
yeah that's right.

that was pretty much the only thing i remember revising.

ETA: shelter is the most boring topic everrrr.

im so scared legal its the only thing i do really good at! the law reform for family was good i found that easy.

how did u find the rest?
Yeah, the law reform question for family was pretty good. It was similar to past hsc questions, so i was pretty happy about that question.
Anyone do tech change? I chose the question b for that. :)
Overall the exam seemed okay ><

what suprised youu
maybe coz i concentrated more on the obvious things like punishment, pentalties, decisions that affect sentencing process etc.

I was not expectin the roles qn or the one after that
I was sort of running out of info for the adversarial qn :(

me too but it wasn't too bad.

what options did everyone do? how'd you find them?
i did the workplace and consumers. not too bad.

I did tech change n consumers =]
found it okay. was expecting worse >.<

i'm thinking that for a legal studies exam, it wasn't that bad. really, could have been WAY worse.
they seem to enjoy throwing in a bit of prelim content too. sure glad i still remember it.
what was from prelim ? i didnt pick up on it :confused:

can someone please tell me the answers to the crime questions. i want to know if i got it right :( the posts here are scaring me lol.

and i did a for consumers and b for tech :)
i always end up doing the one that only 8-10% of people do for some reason ahahaha :S

mc, transfer of powers - the australia act
crime, the adversarial system was mainly prelim, i didn't do much work on it this year

but quite obviously the majority of the exam was the hsc course :)

the australia act was in the hsc course, and so was the adversarial system, but yes, it was from prelim aswell... as a whole, the questions were pretty easy

really? i didnt know it was.
i agree they were pretty easy.

crime was the big shock for me. the questions were unexpected. was expecting things like punishment, penalties etc..

lol me toooo!!! Was definitely not expecting the last 2 questions...ohwell

I think my teacher's giving me my marks 2mz...

I promised her I was in no hurry to receive them....
