I don't noe the answer to 4 so i'm willing to take your answer (we havent done that yet)
5. I'm not to sure about either, but i'll stick with my answer - I'm not too sure about the reliance on agriculture, look at China or India as developing economies.
10. Your refering to cyclical unemployment due to a downturn in the economic cycle, therefore this is NOT the natural rate of unemployment. I still think the answer is D
12. Are u sure the government has reduced expenditure? My studies of the budget seem to disagree, although you could well be correct.
13. if a tariff is imposed, this would make domestic produce cheaper relative to imported good. Why would there be an increase in long term international competitveness? The effect would infact be opposite, competitiveness on global markets would decrease.
15. It is C, sorry I had visitors over and wasn't concentrating on this question.
16. It is D, your quite right for this question
19. As the Gini Coefficient approaches 1, income distribution becomes perfectly UNEQUAL. Thus, the greater the coefficient, the greater the inequality. The answer is infact A.
20. you are right. D is the correct answer.

I'm pretty sure Question 10 is A because natural rate of unemployment doesnt taken into account structural unemployment but mainly cyclical etc.

like question 12, he said dat the government will never increase tax to finance expenditure... hmmz maybe he didn't read the question properly, since it's asking what has happened and not how it has finianced..

also question 20, my teacher said dat its A .. but I still fink it's D .. since it's about selling off 49% of the government owned company..

How is 10 wrong, natural unemployment includes structural unemployment.

Well, not exactly.. I mean, since the nature rate is the amount of unemployment that will always exist, therefore structure is not fully part of it, as people affected by structual unemployment are able to gain new skills --> jobs, after education...
