So if we get an approved transfer, what happens to our HECS-loan? Or CSP loan or whatever they're calling it now? Does it transfer into your new course at your new uni? Or do they charge you for the entire 3 years you were supposed to take at the old uni AND the 3 years you do at your new uni?

if you transfer, for your original course you ONLY have to pay for the semesters you were there for. Not the entire course.

If the place you transfer into is also a CSP place, the system merely just continues decucting from your 7 years of Student Learning entitlement. You dont have to pay anything except the fees for your new course. So yes the CSP loan also 'transfers' with your course
