hi guys dyt they can ask an international crime question that specifies JUST crimes against the international community considering that people do world order and it would thus be unfair to the rest of the state? or would they just stick to transnational?

Theoretically they could do both or specifically on transnational/CAIC (If its specific on CAIC just do a para on international and a para on domestic responses). My Legal teacher did say that she heard that its unlikely to be tested again as it gave an unfair advantage to kids who do world order but I don't want to say it won't be tested for certain.
