Hi, i was just wondering do country schools get any leniance in the uai's because we're disadvantaged or do universities take it into account. Thanks

Yes some universities offer rural schemes 2 schools that r away from the cities. For example, i got to Oxley High in Tamworth and Newcastle Uni gives/ or takes off 4 points 2 all students applying 2 the uni.
If u havent heard any about your school yet, then there probably arent any schemes for ur skool.

There's also other schemes such as principals recommendation, but the applications have closed for that by now.

You aren't given extra UAI points (otherwise, people might get 100.1 :p). However, you might be considered to have a couple of extra UAI points if you are from the country, which means you'll get entry if you just missed normally.
