Hey,
I have been using the SAM Modeller, but i have come across something that i didnt know. According to the modeller, if you get less than what equates to 50 % in extension 1 english, your uai suffers. Is this true?

sam doesn't lie
well actually i think it inaccurate at low UAI's. But getting 50% in all your subjects( which is a just pass) would mean you are pretty stupid and your rank (UAI) in the state would be below 30 i would think

An average UAI would be around 60 from what im told, and to get 60, youd need heaps higher then 50s, But for extension english, if you mean a 50 as an aligned mark, then thats not that good. If you mean 50% as a raw mark then you have to estimate what you think the aligned mark is going to be before entering it into SAM
