concerned about scaling and uai (1 Viewer)

i have been hearing rumours around my school that in the hsc , the subject of studies of religion 1, doesn't count towards ur uai. is this true?

also i would like to know how they pick your top 10 units, is it on ur performance of the schools performance, is it based on the hsc raw mark or the assessment mark, or what.

please give me some info that will be useful in the solving of these questions

don't quote me on this....but i think that studies of religion 1 will count if it is one of your best ten units. If you're doing 11 units, with religion being the 11th, and you stuff up another subject, the one unit of religion counts and they discard half of the subject you did worst in.
That's what im hoping anyway!

yeah they split each unit up into out of 50 then go from there, taking your best 2 english then other best eight, based on your performance and your scaled marks best ones too, i think
