I'm just wondering if there's anyone here who's specialising in Artificial Intelligence or Robotics if they could give me a description of the course. For example what you do, do you enjoy it, wish you had done something else etc. Also for those two specialisations is HSC physics needed?

Thanks.

Hey, I don't do Comp Sci, but I'm thinking of transferring into it next year, so I've been researching the degree.

This would be a good start, it shows you what subjects you'd do under either a Artificial Intelligence or Robotics, major.

Just go through, read things, see what you like.

The Comp Sci is so versatile, you can do heaps of things with it.

you don't do any physics units in it so I would say you wouldn't need HSC physics

I plan to, but I'm in first year, so can't help that much :p I'll let you know in a year or two..
AFAIK you don't need physics. Even if you did need physics for anything, apparently HSC physics doesn't help much.
