Hi, does anyone have a historical definition for work? i can't find one in my notes or the textbook:confused:

all we have is stuff about how the male was tradtionally the breadwinner......

oh and some stuff such as-

Aristotle believed that work was an unnecessary interference to ones leisure time...work should be done by slaves..

18th century- it became known that work contributed to ones self worth and self confidence...

pretty much- historical is anything b4 women began working
