In a transformer, the more loops in a coil, the greater voltage (and heat) generated. What I need to know is, why is that? Please teach me.

It isnt, its the ratio of coils that is important, the more coils the more effecient it is however.

You don't need to know why. The syllabus doesn't ask that of you...
You just need to know it...
Less on the primary and more on the secondary increases voltage.
More coils on the primary than the secondary decreases voltage.
End of story...

well besides that I think its a easy way to remember
"more turns more voltage"
