say theres this sentence in a paper by XXX in 2006:
Zone Research (1999) found that 62% of online shoppers had given up at least once while looking for products.

If I want to use it in my essay, do i say
Zone Research (1999) found that 62% of online shoppers had given up at least once while looking for products.
or
Zone Research (1999) found that 62% of online shoppers had given up at least once while looking for products (XXX, 2006).
or
Sixty-two percent of online shoppers had given up at least once while looking for products (XXX, 2006).

wad if I rephase it to like
According to Zone Research conducted in 1999, 62% of online shoppers decided to give up while looking for products on the web.

Quote marks if direct quoting

If it's a paraphrase you still have to reference it
According to Zone Research conducted in 1999, 62% of online shoppers decided to give up while looking for products on the web (XXX, 2006).

wad if its a paper made by ABC in 2000 instead of Zone Research?
can I say
62% of online shoppers decided to give up while looking for products on the web (XXX, 2006)
and make no reference to ABC?
