..................................................Final rank.....Raw....................Scaled trial mark
..................................................................... assessment
.......................................................................mark

English Advanced.......................5/116..............84%................ 88%
Maths 2U....................................27/136...........low 80s.............83%
Chemistry...................................9/62...............81%..................78%
Biology........................................7/44...............75%..................87%
Chinese Background Speakers...2/32...............91%..................90%

Bombed out in Chemistry - I'm sure my external mark will be higher than that.

School - Georges River College Oatley Campus, ranked 202nd last year, with over 500 people in the class of 2005.

Is a UAI of 86+ attainable?

You shouldn't have too much trouble. Chemistry is just a little worrying. :p

Your ranks are quite high, you should be fine in getting 85+.

work on maths, chem and bio

maths you should be looking roughly 85+
chem as others have said, needs slightly more work

interesting how your bio marks changes so much from raw to scaled.

The raw assessment marks were calculated by multiplying my raw marks according to their weightings and adding them together to get a mark out of 100. The scaled trial mark is the moderated trial exam mark.

Yeah I did really badly in the prac test and trial for Chem, I got 90-100% for all other tasks :(

ah ok, it seems rather weird that all

oh, and if you were surprised about why i said you should also improve your 2u marks to at least 85+. It is very important to get above that range yr in yr out if you want to get that "good scaling"

given your marks in 2u, i'm sure there should be no problems in getting those extra marks in that last exam (ie less stupid mistakes, more practicing on past paper...)
