Chinese IME (1 Viewer)

HiHi!!!
I used to have a Chinese IME for Windows XP, it was cool and you could draw things and have a list of similar words to chose from, with proper pin yin showing for each of it.

Now I have formatted and I don't seem to be able to get that again
I've read on a thread somewhere about going to microsoft.com to get this "Chinese IME" but I have tried and I didn't find anything...
The IME I have now can input chinese but it's very dodgy, and when you put mouse over the words its shown in something else, not proper pin yin..

My friend has the 'proper' one, but I don't know how to get that...

Here is the picture of what the 'proper' one is... would anyone know how to get that???
Or any other suggestions???

^ Hey thx for da link.. but doesn't that just get me the Global IME 5.02???
I tried it and I can't install it... I think it's cuz im using Windows XP already...
But I don't think that would get me the thingy in the pic...

Except the drawing thing, when I draw a character and put mouse over one of the given ones on the list.. it's shown in 'bo po mo fo' or wateva...
not proper pin yin
but still good!
