the second dp of the first section in COA is:
- explain why pigments used needed to be insoluble in most substances

Wouldn't that be better than having your pigments magically melt away when you spill coffee over it....?

Or, at least the pigment won't try to slosh around while the paint's still wet...

I didn't do chem of art, soz.

ahh got it now

its so when the paint dries, ie evaporates, the pigment wont evaporate with it
