does any one hav notes to this point as i dont think we did it in class

gather, process and present information on the features of the local town water supply in terms of:
- catchment area
- possible sources of contamination in this catchment
- chemical tests available to determine levels and types of contaminants
- physical and chemical processes used to purify water
- chemical additives in the water and the reasons for the presence of these additives

Catchment area:
o Kataract dams.
o Isolated from industry and farming.
o Plentiful rain.

Contamination sources:
o Chemical spills from roads, mines.
o Pollution in the air.

Physical and chemical processes to purify water.

o Just all the water tests

Chemical additives:
o Chlorine to kill bacteria and viruses.
o Fluorine to strengthen teeth of people.

It was covered in our skills test and it had secondary data which were needed to be interpreted.

If it didn't give any data, then it will be impossible to mark because there are many water supplies throughout the state.

I thought it was Warragamba what on earth is Kataract? Cataract? eck...

hmm, this may pop up as an essay question :D
