For my presentation on changes to German society under nazism, do i talk about what it was like under Weimar and then compare that to Germany under Nazism?

Also, my teacher says that we shouldn't use the information from our textbooks but I find that all the books avaliable on this topic in the library are like a few thousand pages thick. Are there any websites with good sources and historian quotes on this topic?
