Hey

There was a job add for casual card officers
do you think they you have a chance of getting the job if you have NO customer experience?

I could ask them but then i would sound pretty noob...

They pay pretty well like 29 dollars per hour

As a Student Card Officer you would be required to deal with students, check enrolment details, verify photo identification and apply university and other legislation. You would also need to use your judgement in resolving problems, referring matters when appropriate to your supervisor.

The main duties of the role are:
 the assessment of a student’s eligibility for a student card,
 taking a student’s photo, creating and issuing a student card, and
 general administrative duties as required.

This role is demanding, requiring a high level of concentration, professionalism and diligence. Excellent customer services skills are required. Accurate data entry and knowledge of database use is essential. Confidentiality guidelines must be respected at all times. "

The ad seems to have closed. But you could always lie, I mean, sure you might not have had 'official' customer experience, but in your day to day activities you're involved with people all the time.
