Is anyone doing advance Science in UNSW or USYD

I am interested what kind off stuff do you do and how many graduates get a reshearch based job in a decent amount of time

do u thinks this degree is recognised internationally?

apparently australia hardly spends any money on reshearch when compared to USA and Europe

It depends, what kind of science do you want to major in?

Yes it is recognised internationally. Many scientists in Australia travel to Europe or the US to get jobs (particularly after completing their PhDs). It's not like, say if you completed a degree in medicine, your degree may (or may not) be recognised in another country where you may have to do some extra study to gain accreditation there.

What is recognised are your academic results (if you're applying to do a PhD in a university in another country) or your published research work (if you are looking for a post-doc position or beyond).

It depends on what kind of science you go into. Obviously maths, physics, astrophysics, radiography etc are areas where you need to be good at maths. But in most areas of biomedical science, it's predominantly statistics that you need to have a grasp of, not even necessarily advanced statistics.
