Hey, Has anyone ever bought guitars overseas? I've currently got 2 guitars and am looking to get another electric while holidaying in China- where many leading brands eg FENDER are made. Any advice- prices?

Ps- whats your dream guitar- mines the Gibson "Angus Young signiture" or a Fender "telecaster deluxe"

every single guitar in china are china made, They are not real. They're pretty close to the real thing but never as good.

If you can find a guitar in china that's imported. Fuck there's no reason buying it cuz it'll be costing shit loads.

Yeah.. unless you go to a huge megamart in china thingy.. which deal real stuff. then dont buy anything. You will get scammed for everything you're worth. those small stores don't really know anything about guitars or guitar dealing. they may be cheap and look nice.

so yeah.. i recommend only buying more expensive ones from newly opened corporate stores rooted in Coporate Americanisation. don't trust shopping malls either.
