wit faradays experiment an stuff, wen u move a magnet near a conductor at different speeds and stuff aninduce a current, what effect duz thishav on voltage, duz it go minimum?

There will be no current if there is no external circuit. There is an induced EMF produced that if connected to a circuit will result in a current. The induced EMF is proprtional to rate of change in magnetic flux.
