that's the point... his a billion dollar business man... his more focused on his own bank balance, rather than running the country... I'm not saying its a crime to be successful but his commercials were set out as if he was trying to sell you a pyramid scheme... he is saying he would give people back $2500 in their tax returns and shit... yeah fucking right, chances are he will eat it before it sees your bank account...

now I have conclusive and undisputeable proof that mining executives and big business have government by the balls
His one seat can't do sht considering that there will be a 30-40 seat difference between Liberal and Labor.
Anyways I don't really mind him being in parliament, adds a bit of humour to the daily news.

Goodness me, PUP are doing extremely well in the primary vote.

Never saw that coming.
People want a change from the shitness of current politics.
Even if that change is awful.
This just shows how fucked the political system is in this country.

Same with LDP getting in the senate in NSW.
People are stupid.

don't blame me, I voted for Kodos.
Exactly what I said when we turned on the TV to watch Rudd's speech last night.

How does a fucking degenerate like clive palmer win the seat of fairfax!!!!

complete and utter crap... are people that stupid!
i guess you can buy your way into politics

How can anyone hate Clive when he's building titanic 2?
hahahah

Only in Queensland, man they're fucking stupid...
LDP got a senate in NSW because people thought they were liberal/national
It's not just Queenslanders that are fucking stupid.

mining and big business will have the government by the balls a lot more now that LNP are in (and PUP. Lol)

His one seat can't do sht considering that there will be a 30-40 seat difference between Liberal and Labor.

he gets paid money to do nothing though. :/

going to be interesting to see how the senate pans out...

hoping the LNP wont hold power in the senate as well...
they will
Because people don't understand politics
The country would be better off if LNP only had a slight majority by a seat or two
This is not a good way to have our country
With them in complete power
The state government is like that in NSW and my family is looking like swapping the welfare (and probs the streets) because the primary breadwinner is set to lose her job because the LNP aren't listening to the people and don't have the competition in parliament that they should.

Hahahaha christ the LDP might actually get a fucking senator my god this election is the best ever
people. Are. So. Stupid.

IT'S HAPPENING LENTERN

Libertarian senator, Clivo Palmo as a member of the house of reps, Toby Arnott as the PM, Mirabella nearly lost her seat, Bradby DID lise his seat. The only thing that could have gone better is if Plibersek lost her seat.

The Libs don't have a majority in the Senate nor will they get one. They'll have to appeal to Labor or the Greenos (yeah right), PUP, LDP, FFP to get anything through the senate.
