HSC
N/A
(x+2)6(x+1)6

Therefore coefficient of x4 is

<sup>6</sup>C<sub>2</sub>*<sup>6</sup>C<sub>6</sub>*(2)<sup>6</sup>+<sup>6</sup>C<sub>3</sub>*<sup>6</sup>C<sub>5</sub>*(2)<sup>5</sup>+<sup>6</sup>C<sub>4</sub>*<sup>6</sup>C<sub>4</sub>*(2)<sup>4</sup>+<sup>6</sup>C<sub>5</sub>*<sup>6</sup>C<sub>3</sub>*(2)<sup>3</sup>+<sup>6</sup>C<sub>6</sub>*<sup>6</sup>C<sub>2</sub>*2<sup>2</sup>=9420

and it should be "a" instead of "x". 1986 4)ii)
