What are your bets for extended responses, what topic/question do you reckon BOS will ask to evaluate/examine?

Place your bets, i wanna get some ideas what they might ask

I agree, watch for exchange rates, either as essay or short answer

Basically the trend for the past two years has been to have a global focus in the last section of the Business Studies paper ... however this year they tied the global question into the second last section ... basically something we knew was bound to happen; we just didn't want it to start with us!

I go with exchange rates as well considering it's gone from lows last year to 6 year highs ... it was something that was even a concern when they were writing up the exam paper. I also imagine a FP question, I can't explain why ... even if it's been in the past papers - I just think it might be in there ... though then again maybe not :) Lets hope not!

the test was written sometime last year/early this year.. so i dont the recent change in the target cash rate will influence what questions we get..

who knows.. they mite ask about it then?

still, no matter wat they ask abt in Eco, u kno ull just end up saying the same stuff.. if they ask abt Monetary policy, ur still gonna have to tlk abt growht, inflation, unemployment, the dollar, external stability, fiscal policy, microeconomic policies, etc etc..

its all interchangeable..

but really there is sooooooooooo little to talk about on ESD. like, a page of information. i dont think it could ever stand by itself as a essay q worth 20 marks. Itd be euither a short answer q or part of a globalisation q.
