Hi there, I'm currently an undergrad student doing Bc of advanced science and is taking the advanced math units for semister 1 (1901 and 1902).
Right now I'm finding the lectures going a bit too fast, and I'm not understanding some parts fully, so I'm thinking of dropping from the advanced unit tot the normal one. The thing that is stopping me from doing so is that I heard advanced units have scaling involved? Just like how 4u in HSC scares much better compared to 2u. Is this true?
Also is taking advanced math units compulsory for the Bc of advanced science degree? (I heard it's not)
Thank you
