hey guys,
for the belonging essay structure, (im doing skrzynecki) can we have an underlying idea/thesis: that belonging is all about the development of ones identity and throughout the essay explore how this through different examples from the poems/related text? E.G. for half my essay I would talk about how a connection to places/people experienced by the persona sustains his sense of identity and hence, belonging and the other half talk about how a lack of connection to people/places can impede one's sense of identity and hence belonging?
thats like a really brief overview, but assuming it fit the question, would that be an ok way to approach it?
