Has anyone been to Bali before, what resorts and places would you recommend?
Although, we're trying to stay away from the clubbing areas like Kuta and Legian.

i've been there, but with family. really awesome place, and make sure you go to the watersports
btw nothing wrong with kuta, we stayed in kuta paradiso (awesome pool) right near kuta beach, went for jogs with mum and dad in the mornings

we had a local guide take us around in his car to each tourist site in bali though, not sure how you'll do it with friends
