Hey guys!
I was just wondering if anyone out there is doing the B International Communication and what they think about it. Is it worthwhile for getting into journalism or would a B media or B Arts in media and cultural studies be better? Also is anyone thinking of doing this course next year?
Thanks!

Well this is too late to change preferences...it depends on what you want to get into. Not as good for journalism or a job with LOTS of writing, but it's okay if you want to do PR, advertising, that kinda stuff.

My boss in the PR office graduated with that so it ain't too bad a degree I guess, but some people are misled by it.

ohhh I want to get into adversting and PR, so Media and Cultural Studies is good? Does anyone do it that could tell me if its an enjoyable course? I got 84 for my UAI which is a few points off but I'm hoping they will look @ my diploma and work experience *crosses fingers*
