just umm flicking thru my UAC guide.. and i am going down the UTS courses by cut offs... and came across 99.00 and was like.. fark wats that? triple degree with law or something?!?!
but no.
it was

B Design in Fashion and Textile Design B Arts in International Studies

99.00 to be a sweatshop worker ! ha ha!

the cutoff for combined law and int studies is lower then for textiles...

geez if i ever get to court maybe i should employ sass & bide as my lawyers instead lol !

yeah it was 99.00 in 2003, but the cut off dropped heaps for 2004, i think down to 90, because i know a few people doing fashion/international studies this year and they got around 97.

it is the only uni that offers a fashion design course
and they don't take alot of people

coz mate. people who do this course think they can work in some french fahion house. its a very demanding course with little hope of big time success, the high uai cutoff is a small way of ensuring students are intelligent enough to lead a good cxareer.

if anyone is interested, i read in the paper (dunno which one) that milan is the place to study.
