I have an assesment task which says
" Evaluate the extent to which there has been continuity and change in the way in which the legal system responds to the needs of family members"
What i cant figure out is what the criteria would be to make the judgement. i know if it was evaluate effectiveness of the law blah blah it would be enforceability , resource efficiency, accesibilty etc. With the way the question is worded i have no idea what the criteria would be Any ideas?
